Control valves

It is installed at the compressor inlet and regulates the flow of refrigerant. The miniature valve is placed between the inlet and outlet pipes to ensure the cyclic operation of the system. The signals for the valve to operate come from the electronic control unit.

The control valve provides a linear change in the system's performance within the range from 0 to 100%. This is a fairly reliable device, which under certain conditions can still fail. The most common causes of failure are burnout or breakdown of the winding, as well as clogging with0 small solid particles formed during the operation of the compressor piston group. Diagnostics of the valve is not carried out, and if it fails, it is replaced with refilling of the refrigerant.
